TYA Auditions

Hello! I have some upcoming auditions for TYA (Theatre for Young Audiences) shows, and was looking for some suggestions for upbeats, ballads, monologues and the like. Basically, anything and everything that might be useful for a TYA audition. I'm a legit soprano who can also mix and belt a little bit. Thanks so much!

Ragtime!

Caught the Sunday matinee yesterday.

I want to recommend the current production of Ragtime on Broadway to anyone and everyone who loves musical theater.  It was an amazing production - sparse but excellent set, period perfect costumes - but the cast!  O the cast!  Start to finish, all wonderful.  Go see it!!

Just figured I'd do a little promotion for a new place to discuss the new musical American Idiot. The community was just made today on a whim, so there isn't much to it just yet, but if you'd like to join and start posting, feel free.
